So for this whole season of So You Think You Can Dance i have found myself pretty much disappointed with both the choreography and the caliber of contestants...until tonight. Jeasous Christ on a cross. i was completely blown away by so many of the routines this evening...i thought i was gonna shit my pants hearing that there was going to be a pas de deux performed on the show that night *i begged every deity in the book that it would be performed by katee and will....luckily one of them loved me and it was*.... and then a beautiful contemporary piece was performed by Gev *a breakdancer* and Chelsie *a Latin/Ballroom dancer*...

See that's why I fucking love Chelsie, girl knows how to work the hair. She's got the stage presence and the emotion even if she may not have ALL the technique. BTW, the pas de deux looked positively painful but it was perfectly appropriate for the feel of that performance.

Ok, so I watch SYTYCD on SurfTheChannel.com but rightnow, this weeks episode isn't loading. So I refuse to watch your clips. I have LOVED Chelsie and Mark from the very first week. The clip I sent you of the "Tim Burtons Wedding" and I'm so uneducated in dance that I usually hate contemporary pieces. I didn't care for Katie and Will in the beginning, but they've grown on me, same with Twitch and Kherrington. Mostly because of the first week when Twitch called them "Twitchington". I HATE ... what is her name... Jessica? I don't know, that stupid girl who can't spell Vegas. I wish she would have gone home last week.
So I had to look up pas de deux on wikipedia. So I DON'T think I can dance, but the pas de deux on last nights episode felt more ... half ballet half contemp. that 100% ballet. Did I miss something? As far as technique went throughout it felt ballet, but some of the movements and ... like reactions between Will and Katee felt more.. Mia Michaels that Swan Lake. Can I get some cliff notes here? So now that it's the top 10 I've got some serious opinions.
-Josh is.. short, and does he have braces? I don't like him.
-LOVE Will and Katee together.
-I HATE Jessica and I hope she never returns. I bet she broke her ribs because someone tried to run her over. I would.
-I think I only like Mark BECAUSE of Chelsie,or maybe I only liked Kherrington because of Twitch? Either way, I don't like Kherrington and Mark together at all.
-I STILL love Chelsie, I don't know if it's her stage presence or her legs, haha, but she's my favorite.
-I like Katee LESS than Chelsie because of the auditions.
-I'd rather leave Comfort than take her, if she isn't doing hip hop it's painful to watch. She looks like she's mocking the waltz.
-I'll always love Twitch, mostly because of his glasses.
-I liked Gev and Courtney together because they were so petite. Like a nice little dance package. I like Gev with Chelsie, I don't care for Courtney with Josh because, now we come full circle, he's short, and weird, and I think he has braces. Does he have braces??
